Return Policy
All returns must be accompanied by original receipt and be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please call us at 1-800-732-9478 for an RA number. No shipments will be accepted without this number.
All returns must be received within 30 days of your invoice date. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 30 days for any reason. Please allow 30 days for refunds. Used items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Freight is the responsibility of the customer for returns for any reason. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refused deliveries and returns without a RA# are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Due to the nature of the product, all sales for jocks, athletic supporters, goal jocks, and pelvic protectors are FINAL.
There is a 25% re-stocking fee for any products that are not returned in the original packaging or box, undamaged. The same 25% re-stocking fee will apply to returns that are not properly shipped, either in a separate box, envelope or wrapped in shipping paper.
Warranties & Guaranties
All items are guaranteed under the manufacturer's limited warranty. Warranty covers defective material or defective workmanship. Abuse, improper care or improper uses are not covered by warranty. Our inspection department must see items before any decision can be made. Some manufacturers may choose to repair rather than replace an item. Items sent back to the manufacturer for repair or evaluation may take 4-6 weeks. Due to the nature of the sport, hockey sticks do not come with a guarantee against breakage. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.
Promotional Offers & Discounts
From time to time, the Company makes special offers through various advertising. These offers and discounts are valid for in stock items only (no backorders, custom orders or special orders). Such offers do not apply to oversized items, including Practice Partner Goals and Pucks (case), or any items specified as being excluded from an individual promotional offer or discount. In addition, special offers and discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
Shipping and Handling Policies
| Shipping Charges: We currently only ship within the 48 Continental United States and Canada.
NOTE: Oversized or overweight items may be subject to additional shipping charges.
Orders place after 4PM CST will be shipped the following business day, subject to product availability.
Business days for shipping are Monday-Friday.
All orders are shipped UPS. Therefore we do not ship to APO or Post Office Boxes.
Standard: Most orders arrive in 3-7 business days. (N/a to APO/Post Office Boxes)

Duty, taxes, and customs are the responsibility of the consumer and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment.
Oversized Items:
Shipping oversized or heavy items such as Leg Pads, Wheel Bags, Goals or Pucks (cases) cost extra.
