1) GUARANTEED FIT FOR THE ENTIRE SEASON OR THE USE OF ANOTHER PAIR OF SKATES OF EQUAL QUALITY AT NO ADDITIONAL COST.
If a skater should out grow their skates in mid season, another pair will be issued of equal quality, which may be used or new or a different brand depending on the our inventory.  Since this lease contract offers a buyout option the original buyout cost is voided and the new buyout cost will change to the full retail price of the second skate.  There will be no additional cost for the use of the second pair of skates unless the skates are not returned by the end of the lease contract.

2) GUARANTEED REPAIR OR ANOTHER PAIR AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
If a blade or any other part of the skate is damaged due to normal use, it will be repaired or replaced for no additional charge.  However, we have the right to determine whether to guarantee blades on the reconditioned skate or not.  NOTICE: BLADE WEAR IS NOT GUARANTEED.

3) GUARANTEED SKATES FOR THE OFF SEASON USAGE.
If a skater should outgrow their skates and has returned them after the season they may be refitted into another pair of equal quality skates, which may be used, new, or a different brand, for summer use at no additional cost.  Leased item must still be returned by the end of the lease contract.

4) GUARANTEED SUMMER LEASE EXTENSION AT NO ADDITIONAL COST.
If a skater still fits their skates at the end of the skating season they can call for a lease extension before the expiration date.  This allows a skater to use their skates for the off-season, and also reserves the right to use their buyout options at no additional cost.

5) GUARANTEED BUYOUT OPTION AT ANY TIME OF THE LEASE.
This gives every skater the right to buy their lease contract for the difference between the sale price and lease price at no additional cost to assure customer satisfaction.  NOTICE: IF A SKATER HAS CHANGED SKATES DURING THE SEASON DUE TO SIZE CHANGE, THE BUYOUT PRICE CHANGES TO THE FULL RETAIL PRICE OF SECOND PAIR OF SKATES ISSUED.
